Major advance in mobile printing unveiled by Global Graphics

A major advance in mobile printing is being shown today by Global Graphics Software at ITEX in the MWA Intelligence/Intel booth #201. The solution provides peer-to-peer, driverless mobile printing powered by the Intel® AtomTM processor and Global Graphics printing software to print Office documents, images and PDF without the need to install printer drivers or be connected to the Internet. The proof of concept is being shown in live demonstrations to ITEX visitors and will feature in the Innovation Technology Forum to registered ITEX conference delegates.

Global Graphics wins new contract with Fuji Xerox

Global Graphics (NYSE- Euronext: GLOG) has won a new contract from Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. to supply a white label version of its gDoc PDF creator for the DocuWorks document handling software. DocuWorks has shipped to three million users in Japan and more than 350,000 users mostly in the Asia Pacific area. Global Graphics is a leading developer of OEM and white label software used in printing and electronic document solutions. Fuji Xerox is a 75-25 joint venture between FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation and Xerox Corporation

Global Graphics unveils work with Intel on mobile printing

A major advance in mobile printing is unveiled today by Global Graphics (NYSE-Euronext: GLOG) at the Lyra Imaging Symposium in California. The solution, based on technology from Intel® and Global Graphics, makes it possible for Smartphone users to print Office documents, images and PDF directly to any local printer without the need to install printer drivers or be connected to the Internet. The proof of concept is being shown in a live demonstration by Intel® and Global Graphics to delegates from major printer OEMs in a Lyra key note presentation.
