Global Graphics’ (NYSE-Euronext: GLOG) has signed a multi-year agreement with Tokyo-based Miyakoshi Printing Machinery Company to provide multiple Harlequin® RIPs to drive a range of high-speed full color inkjet presses and new high-performance, high-quality electro-photographic liquid toner-based presses.

In its 13 March 2009 meeting, the Board of Directors of Global Graphics SA (NYSE-Euronext: GLOG) voted on whether or not the Company should adopt the recommendations relating to the compensation of executive directors of public companies, which were issued by the AFEP and MEDEF on 6 October 2008.
