Global Graphics presents at Spring European Midcap event

Cambridge (UK), 21 June, 2021: Global Graphics PLC (Euronext: GLOG) is taking part in the Spring European Midcap Event 2021 that will take place on 24 and 25 June as a fully digital event, organised by CF&B Communication.

The investor relations team, including Chairman Guido Van der Schueren and CEO Mike Rottenborn, are taking the opportunity to present the new face of Global Graphics to investors following the acquisition of HYBRID Software in January 2021.

This acquisition roughly doubles the size of the Global Graphics group of companies in terms of headcount, expanding the global workforce to around 250 people. It adds several more operating locations to the group through HYBRID Software’s offices in Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, Italy, France and the USA. It also adds significant expertise in the labels and packaging market which is seeing exponential growth even during the pandemic.

Global Graphics develops enterprise software for industrial inkjet printing. A growing part of the manufacturing sector, industrial inkjet is when printing technology is used in broader manufacturing processes such as ceramic tile production, textiles and wall coverings, 3D printing and packaging.

Summary of the notification

At the request of the Financial Services Markets Authority, pursuant to the notification that Global Graphics PLC elected Belgium as its home Member State on 18 March 2021, the Company received on 18 May 2021 a transparency notification dated 28 April 2021 indicating that Congra Software SARL holds 81.88% of the voting rights of the Company.

Global Graphics meets investors at Tech Sector Day
